Hand and Stone

(1) Receptionist opened the door to the back for me, wasn’t expecting that type of service and felt it was above what other spa’s provide. (2) My time is valuable and my appointment started and ended on time. I appreciate that type of service. (3) Staff at this location are consistently professional and friendly. I enjoy walking into this H & S; I feel like a VIP and that is usually not important to me but it feels good.

The staff at the front is always pleasant and helpful when booking. Grace is an amazing massage therapist. She is incredibly knowledgeable and cares about her clients. She always asks questions regarding my needs and provides suggestions and great solutions for any issues I have. I continue to return here mainly because of her, but everyone is great and I always recommend going to Glen Mills.

The facility is always very clean. The receptionists were efficient, polite and pleasant. The therapist was kind, friendly and listened to my requests. She provided a good massage, with pressure as requested.

My experience from when I arrived til when I left was excellent. When I walked in I was immediately greeted and checked in. Soon after I was greeted with a smile and wave by my massage therapist. She was so thorough and made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire massage. She really honed in on the areas I explained were giving me the most issues.
