I have back problems and the therapist completely understands my situation. She works with me and works on my problem areas with the knowledge needed to help my situation. Everyone is very pleasant and informative. I have recommended Hand and Stone to many people. Thank you for your services.

Personnel very professional. Relaxing ambiance. Relief from pain

The only complaint I have and it's a small one is that this Hand & Stone recently switched from giving out mini bottles of water to you after your massage to handing you water in paper cups. I assume this is a cost cutting issue, however: it's inconvenient the water spills out side the cup and I end up throwing the whole thing out before I get to my car. The mini bottles can't cost that much. Go to costco

Grace is absolutely amazing. I've experienced multiple massage therapists at this location, and Grace's style of massage was unlike any of them. She worked out some of my deepest knots without causing me pain, which is a new experience for me. She explained her method as she went, and was kind and friendly all around.

Hand and Stone was able to accommodate my sister, mother, and me for massages at the same time. We all had a great experience, and we were very happy with our therapists. Graham really worked out my sore muscles. Highly recommend!
