The massages by your therapists are always fantastic. It would be nice if hand and stone cancels your appointment due to a conflict or scheduling error that a complimentary add on service or coupon for an add on service be offered for any inconvenience to the client. This has happened to me on at least 2 occasions in last few months.

Reception staff is efficient and friendly. Very helpful with appointment changes. Therapist is knowledgeable.

I feel there should be essential oil options that can be used during the massage without an up-charge since thats a minimal cost for hand and stone and would elevate the experience.
