My therapist was awesome! Can't wait until my next massage!

On the same day notice I was able to call and schedule the operator I wanted at the time I wanted! Couldn’t have been better. It was only my second time here and it was so great the first time I was hoping for the same operator. Very courteous reception. Very cl an, restful place. Kudos Glen Mills!!

They now give out cups of water rather than bottles. I do not think it is very sanitary to do that practice. So many people are touching the cups and we don’t know if the person getting the water washed their hands. I just think it is a VERY unclearly practice.

The esthetician Colette was wonderful, so friendly and inviting and really knew her stuff, she was very professional and did a great job. I really enjoyed talking with her. I came to the Glen Mills store because I had an appointment with the Broomall office but due to the storm on Saturday morning, that store wasn't open because they lost power. No one even called me to reschedule my appointment after I had driven to the store on Saturday so I decided to try out the Glen Mills store which is so much better. I will not go back to the Broomall store.

Chelsea did the massage and I realize she is new to your location. I will book an appointment with her. She applied pressure to the right points

My therapist Gina makes me feel like I am one of her long-time girlfriends. So friendly and checks in with you throughout the massage to make sure you're comfortable. I am so relaxed when I leave, which is exactly what I am paying for. I just want to fall asleep on that table afterwards.

I was given a very relaxing massage from Peggy. I like the fact that she knew about an especially sensitive area of my back and was more gentle with it. A very nice experience all around.

Ella is awesome ... so great I guess that I sometimes have difficulty booking her with a convenient time. I did notice that they no longer give out small water bottles at the end of service. I was surprised by that.
