My only issue is the scented candles lit in the waiting area. I am highly sensitive to perfumes and smoke.

Ross is amazing. The receptionists are friendly and accommodating.

Tim, at the Glen Mills, PA location was extremely friendly and knowledgable about my injury & pain areas. He spent an appropriate amount of time on the areas in pain, and helped to loosen the area. I left feeling better than when i walked in, and appreciated his level of care and concern.

Very friendly staff

Relaxing ambiance, friendliness & professionalism of personnel put me at ease at my first ever massage. I was so relaxed and pain had decreased by end of session. Will continue to attend massage sessions to relieve stress.

It is always a pleasurable experience. I have been seeing the same massage therapist, John, for over 2 years. He is wonderful.

The front desk staff are so welcoming. The therapists are excellent. The spa is nicely decorated and very clean!
