Hand and Stone

I keep my membership with H&S because my massage therapist really takes time to help with my back issues. I have been to other therapist in that same location and they do not really listen to me. They rush through the same routine every time regardless of my requests. I would love to see my usual therapist 2x a month, but I am lucky If I can schedule him once in 6 weeks.

I have been a member of Hand and Stone for several years now. The front desk staff is always welcoming and helpful. And I have always been satisfied with the skill and professionalism of the therapists.

John is an awesome therapist! He always focuses on the areas that I need the most. He is great fitting everything in within the allotted time.

Dawn is a fantastic therapist! She always addresses the areas I point out to her. This location is our preferred H&S even though it is not the closest to our home, because of the friendliness of the entire staff.

The esthetician Margaret was INCREDIBLE. She was so informative, knowledgeable, and thorough with the service. What a talented person! I have had many facials at multiple locations and I normally only go to Broomall for one particular esthetician. Well man at I glad I found another gem! She is personable, relatable and truly loves what she does. I will absolutely be seeing her again! Such a treasure. Thank you Margaret! My skin looked insane this past weekend!

My facial experience was absolutely wonderful. I am unhappy with the increase in membership costs I am also unhappy with trying to get appointments which are convenient to me and they are not available.
