Friendly knowledgeable staff and timely service

Had an appointment for a facial and massage back to back and it was awesome. The massage had the right pressure and hit all the points of pain.

Sadi was very knowledgeable, help me decide on which upgrade to get.

The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I am always greeted with a smile and pleasant attitude. They answer all questions and know all your services.

Saya was highly knowledgeable about how to address my concerns and had a few options for me to choose from. She did a great job of explaining things when I asked.

Lauren, Jerry, Chance and the 3 reception staff made me feel very welcome. Ease if booking next appointment was great. Ambiance very conducive for relaxing.

One thing I would like to mention is an issue with your website. I am a member and I tried to book online but it kept asking for my credit card information. Why would I have to enter that if I've already paid through my membership. I gave up.
