Therapist very professional asked each time if there were any problem areas

Sando is amazing. Only issue is that booking online is often problematic and inaccurate. The staff are wonderful and contact me to let me know that the time is not available but I do wish the online service was always accurate

John is a great therapist. He works the areas that need the work and takes his time. He asks if the pressure is ok and is aware of making it a Pleasant experience

I purchased Christmas in July certificates from another store. I did not receive the tickets by email. They were able to read the coupon code from the invoice. I called 2 other sites to schedule. None had times available for me and my daughter. Glen Mills was able to accommodate. Christine was very pleasant and spent alot of time analyzing my skin and treating it. She was awesome. I'd look for her again.

I was very satisfied with Roberta, the massage therapist I had. In recent months, I had been going to another local Hand and Stone where I purchased my membership a few years ago. Both my husband and I are very disappointed in the location. In the recent months, we had numerous occasions where we had booked massages in advance by phone. When we arrived for our appointments, the receptionist responded "Oh, didn't anyone contact you???? Your appointment was canceled because the therapist called out! We were NOT notified! When my husband rebooked his appointment for a week later, the therapist told him that she would give him massages and another business she was also working at for less cost and then proceeded to hand him a business card for that business! When he called again to Hand and Stone to book the same therapist, he was told she no longer worked there!!! When I booked mine for a second time, I also received a call the night prior to my appointment to say the therapist called out and my appointment was once again canceled. When I asked to speak to the Manage of the Edgemont location, I was told someone would contact me..... Still waiting weeks later.

The therapist was friendly and knowledgeable. The receptionist were as well. They answered all my questions toward my next visit.

The entire staff were pleasant. I had great service. Coming back for a massage soon. Would like to come more often, but have medical expenses and on Social Security.

Gina Sem is kind, patient, knowledgeable and listens while not forgetting what we talk about at the same time. She's professional at all times with a wonderful personality that makes you want to talk. I work around her schedule because she is the reason I still have my membership. Her massages and add on's make me look forward to my appointments, highly satisfied while leaving my appointments and feeling excited for future appointments. Her service is above and beyond and I appreciate her!
