This was my first facial in a while at this location and it was an amazing experience and very relaxing as well as made my skin glow. The staff was fabulous.

Kerry is an excellent massage therapist. She’s very knowledgeable and takes the time to understand any issues I may be having, then finds solutions for relief. The front desk receptionists are incredibly friendly, helpful, and customer service oriented.

Hand and Stone is wonderful! Everyone there is helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They are always willing to assist you in anyway and eager to help you. I always leave feeling relaxed!

Peggy was great and worked hard to make sure I was had a good experience. She was friendly and offered suggestions on how to relieve pain on my own. She provided good environment.

As always, with John C. I feel better when I leave. He is always professional He is always on time THE BEST

Very happy John is back. I considered cancelling my membership when all my scheduled visits were cancelled without notice or explanation. The same thing happened when Chauna left. It would have been better to have someone call and say this therapist is no longer available, I can switch your appointment to another therapist if you'd like. But no, everything was just cancelled only days away from my appointment time. And I was notified via email only. When I immediately logged into the app to get a different appointment. Nothing was available for months. This is why I had so many points saved up. I'm glad I didn't cancel, and I'm happy John is back.
