Hand and Stone

I've been a member for a few months and it seems every time I come, it's Katarina at reception with a welcoming smile. She has been fantastic, whether it's answering my questions or just talking in general. Don't lose her!! There are a few other reception ladies whose names I can't remember, but no matter who I've spoken to, each have been friendly & helpful. Zack, my massage therapist, always greets me with a smile and when I tell him what part is bothering me, I swear he has a magical gift of always finding those points & others that I didn't even know were causing me issues. While the act of working on those points isn't pleasant, the effect of it is amazing. I always feel better when I leave. Overall, The H&S in Glen Mills is worth the 25/30 minute drive for me. The service and kindness of all the staff make it a place worth coming back to on repeat.
