This location was perfectly clean and well appointed. Front desk staff was cheerful and welcoming. Massage therapist was professional and did a perfect massage for my needs.

My experience at hand and stone in glen mills is always pleasant. Friendly staff are always helpful and happy. My massage is always amazing and I feel great when I leave.

I have had a membership at the Glen Mills Hand & Stone for several years. This location is well managed, clean, and provides a very pleasant atmosphere. When no one is available to answer my call my voice mail is returned promptly. Jessica is absolutely fantastic, by far the best massage therapist I have ever experienced. She is excellent at addressing all of my knots and muscle aches, yet still gives me a relaxing massage as well. I only feel comfortable with someone who is fully vaccinated and boosted against Covid, and she has confirmed to me that she is, which I truly appreciate.

The massage by Kerri was excellent. She always takes time to check to see areas I want to focus on. The facial by Jessica was very relaxing and my skin felt great.

I always receive a friendly greeting by the staff. My therapist never fails to inquire about any issues I'm having. He seems to always know while working on me which areas need attention.
