I had a wonderful facial with Jessica. I was very relaxed and enjoyed every minute.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and my massage was wonderful. I live much closer to another Hand and Stone location and they did not have availability with a female provider in the next year so it was worth the drive.

I am highly satisfied with all the service and the expertise summer had as a masseuse. I am highly, highly, highly, highly dissatisfied with the length of this survey. You are losing service because no one wants to sit through a survey of 50 questions. Be smart Hand And Stone, make it five questions at the most.

Zac is amazing. He is very skilled and professional. He is excellent at applying the right amount of pressure making it effective in relieving my specific aches and pains. The front desk is always friendly and very helpful. Looking forward to my next appointment.

I originally booked my appointment online and was disappointed when I found out my masseuse called out sick, but was pleased with how quickly the receptionist was able to schedule me with a new masseuse around the same time that day over the phone. I am grateful for who I was paired with because she was fabulous! She seemed like she really cared about ensuring I was comfortable and that my needs were met. It was a true full body massage and while she did get done a few minutes early I would never have guessed it if the clock wasn’t right next to me because it was truly a quality massage that felt even longer than the 50 minutes I scheduled.

Really like the atmosphere and vibe of the facility. It feels upscale, but approachable. Staff is friendly and answers questions. My massage therapist has great attention to detail. Overall, a very comfortable establishment!

2 10:00a.m appointments scheduled @Brookhave for “girls day out”. One of the masseuse’s called out with no back up. Receptionist called other stores and was able to secure two appointments later in the day @ Glen Mills

The staff is exceptional. They are knowledgable , friendly and helpful. Zach, my therapist was very skilled, has many different ways of treating problem areas. He is dedicated to making sure that his massage gets to the root of the problem. He has great communication skills and is really lovely to work with.

My therapist was wonderful. She was very friendly and made use I was comfortable the entire time. She continued to check in throughout the massage for my comfort level.
