Appointments are difficult to get as so many therapists have left this location. The new policies on “ hold” and how quickly you need to use packages after you no longer want to renew is unrealistic especially with so few therapists and appointment availability.

Roberta was wonderful, as usual. Reception staff is competent and efficient and friendly. Price seems to keep increasing, and offsets decreasing (ie, no longer take spa finders gift cards)........so, that is what prevents me from giving higher ratings.
