The Hand Stone location was very clean and brightly lit. Water was available and the staff was friendly and courteous. I was greeted very warmly. i waited only a few minutes to be taken to the room and the estetician was welcoming and addressed all of my skin needs. She was highly knowledgeable of the skin care products. I loved the facial and will definitely visit again!
