I have had a membership with Hand and Stone since 2020. I have not been disappointed. I have recently changed to the Glen Mills location only because of ease of location. Also, they were able to accommodate a change in my schedule very safely and efficiently. I have had the experience with three different therapist and all have been wonderful!. They hit my target areas and spend the time getting me "loosened" up.. Everyone from welcoming to exciting are very warm and pleasant and make you feel at ease!!

Jackie did an amazing job, she was friendly and kind, explained everything and helped me to relax. This was only my second massage. Ever. And this was much much better than my first experience

Sandi is simply phenomenal. I can tell just in talking with her for a few short minutes that she truly cares about what I need and what Im looking for during the massage. She’s always so kind and I always have a lovely experience.

I wasn't expecting much. However, the location was super clean and very welcoming. The massage therapist listened and did exactly what I needed.

In addition to the service itself, I enjoyed my conversation with Isaiah. She was pleasant and well informed as to what she was doing and provided information that I didn't know given I had just had my brows and chin waxed at another location.
