This is my first time back since Covid and the experience was just as delightful as always. I go to Mercedes who give a great massage. She is professional and kind and I always enjoy my experience with her. All of the staff and Glen Mills are friendly, welcoming and eager to meet everyone's needs. It is a refreshing experience from the time I arrive to the time I leave.

As always, my visit was a very positive experience. The staff are friendly and professional. My massage therapist seemed very knowledgable and skillful.

The facial was relaxing and my skin is soft and radiant. The room was clean, warm and comfortable.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. My massage therapist was on time and explained the service. She did a great job helping me relax and loosening tight muscles.

The receptionists were extremely friendly and easy to talk to, Serena (I think) & Katerina. Absolutely loved my therapist Dawn. Felt very comfortable with her, will definitely go back to her.

The place was very clean..receptionist were very polite and helpful. I had questions about my gift card that was -almost 3 years old and they were so patient with me. Therapist listened to my request about my problem areas. I used to be a massage therapist and have had many massages and this was in the top 5. Already scheduled an appt for next week!

Every visit is amazing!!! I really like my therapist, she is great and we have a good relationship that when I have a problem area for a massage, I just tell her about it and she’s focuses on it. Each massage is slightly different depending on my problem area. I highly recommend Hand & Stone!

Jessica was amazing. She gave me one of the best massages i've had. Her personality was charming. front desk staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgable. They explained the packages and gave me time to sit and read over information. After I joined, it was easy to make my first package appt.

My husband and I love Hand and Stone Glen Mills. Everyone is so nice. They treat us like family!
