Hand and Stone

I have never gotten a massage before so I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but it was a very relaxing experience. I have a tough time relaxing and have a lot of stress in my shoulders and generally an anxious person, but a lot of it was relieved after the massage.

The spa was cleaning and welcoming as always. I had a new esthetician this visit, and she was super friendly and easy to talk to. She was gentle with my skin after I explained I had sensitive skin, and listened to my needs. She also gave great recommendations for my next upcoming visits leading up to my wedding for the best day of glow.

Staff was very congenial. Therapist was welcoming, professional and attentive to my requests. It was a very pleasant and efficient experience at this facility.

John is the best! Extremely knowledgeable and always checks in to make sure he applying enough pressure and addressing any areas of concern. My back needed some extra attention this time and I left feeling so much better.

Always clean. I very much enjoy the lack of turnover. I enjoy seeing same people. Been a member since 2014.

Very friendly and Love massages

This was my first massage, along with my first Hand & Stone experience, and I was comfortable from the moment I walked in. The receptionists were great, my massage therapist was exceptional. Explained everything he was going to do, made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I already am looking forward to my next appointment!

The atmosphere of the facility is welcoming I travel from West Philadelphia to the location. I never scheduled as late as I did last night but, John is extremely, knowledgeable and I recommend him to other who suffer with back problems he is the "BEST."
