Paul has been a consistently excellent therapist. He naturally finds the areas that are causing issues and focuses on them. Some others just go through the motions but he really does pay attention to his clients.

I have been a member of this Hand and Stone since shortly after opening.The owners, Jerry, Debbie & their daughter Lauren could not be more welcoming and treat me like an old friend every time I'm there. The therapists I've had over the years have been wonderful. There are at least three locations closer to me but I drive to the Glen Mills location. Felicia at the reception area is so customer focused. All in all, just a very nice experience.

Sue was really amazing!! She had an issue with the machine needed for my facial but worked to resolve it quickly and kept me informed as she did. This was the most relaxing facial I have ever had..I actually fell asleep which never happens!!
