Front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Therapist was professional and helpful.

The appointment was easy to book. Even though there were no appointments available for the date I wanted, the receptionist put me on a wait list and called me the day of to say they had a cancellation. I was really pleased that she called and was able to get me in at my preferred date/time. As usual, the massage was excellent. I've had a membership for several years and it is really helping me relieve stress and muscle soreness. The new location is much quieter than the former location which makes my massages even more relaxing.

Knowledge Friendless Professionalism of staff

I thought John did a great job of working out some knots - especially since I'd not had a massage in more than a year due to covid. He respected my desire not to talk; check in on pressure and comfort..etc. great!

Glen Mills is Amazing! Phylicia is the best! That girl keeps that place running smooth! I dont know what you guys would do without her :)
