The receptionist was very friendly. My therapist was a good communicator and really listened to me. She was excellent!

My Therapist Tasha was professional, respectful of my privacy , knowledgeable of my needs and kind. I came in with a lot pain to my lower back and neck and she eased it quite a bit. I am coming back in 2 weeks and got a monthly membership.

John is a great massage therapist. He was wearing extra masks and told me about the protocols he follows to keep his clients safe. I loved being able to do "member for a day!" I don't have the time for a monthly membership, so this was a great way to keep me coming back as I purchased two gift cards for two more visits!

The facility if friendly and accommodating. The massage therapist was excellent and always does a 120% job!!! Hard to schedule with her because she is so good. Unfortunately, she is moving back home to Lancaster. I will be trying out others in the next few months. I don't do well with change, but have learned in life, that there is no way to stop it. So you have to "adjust". Love this facility, the warm positive vibe it puts out, the upbeat people and the massages!!!! I have tried many things that I would never have even considered before (hot stone, Himalayan, CBD, etc)

The booking process was quick and easy with staff who were happy about doing their work. The actual facility was clean, quiet, and relaxing. It was my first time to Hand and Stone and it was such a good experience! I was able to easily purchase a membership and will schedule to return as soon as possible!
