Clean room and equipment, very relaxing, helped key sore points, I instigated the conversation (therapist did not push me to chat), made to feel very comfortable and not rushed

I am very please with Hand and Stone. But when I went in for my recent appointment the one receptionist asked my name and told me i was checked in. I started to ask a question about my gift card and the receptionist picked up the phone and started to dial. I mentioned to another receptionist that i had a question and wanted to ask. She said she would tell the receptionist. After a short period the first receptionist called me back as she did need additional information on my gift card. I did get-to ask my question at that time. I did feel the first receptionist hurried me away but ultimately had to call me back to get the information about the gift card.

Karissa gave me an excellent facial. Then is no other Esthetician I would ever use. I felt like a million bucks when I left.

The massage therapist set a great environment for relaxing. Typically some therapist have talked too much and although they mean well I am here to relax and not socialize. This session was great. Quiet relaxing and soothing. Niki was amazing from beginning to end.
