visit was due to receiving a gift certificate. wanted a relaxing massage and that's what I got .. fell asleep! happy to see Dulci again and, upon leaving, purchased a membership package .. I will be back!

The ambiance of Hand and stone always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed. Staff are friendly. Wait times are short. Area is clean!

The ladies at the front desk were wonderful and kind. The massage therapist was fabulous. This location was very clean, and we really enjoyed the complimentary electrolytes that were offered after our massages.

Delce my therapist is exceptional. She has helped when I had minor and major injuries and recommends some stretching I can do outside that will help aid recovery. As a whole I enjoy the service provided

Everyone is friendly and make me feel welcome. The staff is organized and never are rushing, just efficient. The atmosphere is calming and I always feel so much better after a treatment. My skin has looked 100% better after my traeatments.

Jai is a knowledgeable and skilled massage therapist. He helps me with aches and pains and gives me good advice about things to do to feel better between sessions.

Jakob (Jacob) has MAGIC HANDS. He is respectful and very good at his job. I enjoyed the pressure he used with the hot stones and his attention to detail with my expressed problem areas.

Returning customer and signed up for the monthly plan based on the visit. Massage therapist was great and I felt very knowledgeable. The appointment started right on time. Would have liked the room to be a bit darker, but not enough to say anything. Great overall experience.
