Dolce explained everything every step of the way. Her technique was different, but very relaxing and very soothing. The music that she played was also very relaxing. It was absolutely perfect for me. The staff at this hand and stone have always been right on point from the therapists to the reception

Had a bit of trouble booking my appointment. Tried to book via website, wouldn’t not let me complete booking, called Hand & Stone location. Receptionist could see my booking but it was incomplete, had to wait until reservation timed out so the receptionist could book for me. This has happened once before with the website.

Stephanie always tends to the areas I request with the right pressure. If I need more she encourages me to ask for more. She is always friendly! She's my FAVORITE THERAPIST EVER!
