The receptionist was very welcoming and kind. The ambience in the lobby and massage area were great. My massage therapist was great and very knowledgeable.

My massage therapist Tracey understood my needs and problems areas I really wanted to focus on. She spent the right amount of time in those areas as well working on my entire body. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Great customer service

As always, the staff are very friendly and attentive! The lighting and music variety in the room are good. The waiting area, rooms, and restroom are always super clean too.

The staff is kind and accommodating. The Facility is very clean and relaxing. My facials always helps me get the most for my money. I have seen major improvements with my skin.

Always a good experience here. Tried Ryan a new provider. He never asked if the pressure was OK he didn’t offer me water at the end or give me a hot towel. I will go back to my regulars.

Great experience at Hand & Stone except for the noise from people talking in the next room. Hard to relax.
