My esthetician is very knowledgable and have targeted my skin care needs. Over the past year I have seen great improvement with my skin and overall texture.

Neat, clean facility with a relaxing ambiance. They have a wonderful scent in the spa also. Massage therapist was friendly and effective, totally met my needs for this visit which was relaxation!

Jai is a phenomenal massage therapist. He really knows his anatomy and how to apply the message therapies and techniques. He his extremely good at his craft and very respectful and listens to my needs. Some suggestions for the spa is to carry the lotion that they use in the massage at the retail desk. As well maybe some massage tools for purchase. The only thing I am extremely disappointed in, and can't believe the spa uses is non recyclable water cups. There are so many options these days and you use so much in your business it is a big shame.

Had massage followed by facial and I was so impressed with knowledge and professional expertise with both.

The facility s very nice. Verity did an excellent job. The receptionists were excellent.

Great massage and very relaxing atmosphere!

The staff are friendly, know me by name, make sure I am comfortable before, during and after my massage. They make sure my experience was great, get me checked out quickly, and ask if I would like to rebook. I decline because I book online when I have access and the time to check my calendar. I can always find an appointment that works for me and then they call, email, text me reminders. It is a very simple process. Love my local Hand & Stone!

Stafford very friendly and my massage. Therapist is outstanding. I like the location as well. So it’s quiet and peaceful in the waiting room.

I enjoy my facials and my skin has improved. All my estheticians were very good but my favorite was Heather. She really does a great job. I have purchased some products but they are on the high side so I can’t purchase that many. You should put together some package deals for those of us on a budget.

Facility is clean, staff is friendly and this location has good employees for both massage & facials. I always leave satisfied & relaxed. The only issue is it’s so popular, some appointment times are hard to get
