Karissa is always amazing and considerate of my skin's needs. The receptionist was able to book an appointment for me for a double service with my two favorite clinicians on a date a time that was best for me. I always have a great experience when I go and have Karissa do my facial.

The receptionists April and Ava are fantastic. Always use my name. Megan is one of the best massage therapists in the over 12 years of being a Member with Hand and Stone.

Massage therapist Ben is the reason I continue my membership. He's professionalism and ability to work with the client and adapt to client's requests, concerns or limitations is better than anyone I've encountered. Not just from any service provider, but from ANY business over the years! He is truly a gem. H&S is clean and professional, from the front door, to studio rooms, to reception.
