I love Benjamin massage therapist. He is why I continue to come for service. I experienced severe challenges in Jan 2022 to get refund for unused appointments that should have been under freeze and then bimonthly membership. Now my appointments are back on track and I received appropriate refunds but it was stressful to make manager understand and fix. Your owner needs to make appointment scheduling/rescheduling available on your location website. This option is long overdue. The national website is not connected with location website- verified by staff.

I’ve always enjoyed my visits as each time the massage therapist I get listens to my needs and tries their best to give me the relaxation I am seeking. The staff are always friendly and I love all the services that are offered.

I’ve been going to Rachel for years. She always individualizes my treatment based on her assessment of my skin. I like the product lines used and buy all my skin products at the spa. The discount for all products is nice but wish it was a bit larger for members. Receptionists are always pleasant and greet you when you arrive. The spa is so busy it is often difficult to get an appointment for my schedule. I do like that the spa is always adding more services and treatments.

Receptionist greeted me by name. Massage Therapist was interested in my current condition. He also followed my requests for attention to certain areas of my body.

During my visit my massage therapist Jay was very thorough in understanding what kind of massage i needed. He was careful of an injury and thoughtful to avoid that area. Jay does a great job staying on tight muscles until relief is found. Give him a raise!
