I’m very impressed by the customer service at the front desk. Also my therapists Jenny and Karissa are top notch. As soon as I walk in the door, I start de-stressing.

Karissa is great at what she does she is very knowledgeable, welcoming, and it’s excellent at what she does. Overall my experiences with H&S staff has been great. Will definitely recommend this place but specially Karissa to any family/friends.
