I was not happy with the level of customer service I received from the staff. I had to call many times to resolve my issue. I had gift cards but would not have used your service.

Very welcoming staff, always so friendly. My massage therapist attentive to my massage needs and does an excellent job working out all my knots and kinks. I love coming here.

Leslie is an amazing aesthetician and super knowledgeable about skin care. It is a fantastic value to get a facial from her, and I see immediate results whenever I meet with her. Simple superb!

Availability seems very spotty at best. I had to book a massage for a month out which seems excessive. I'm not sure what the issue is but other than that, I love H&S and the providers!
