Hand and Stone

I’m always welcomed and greeted when I come in. Reception area is nice with a variety of flavored water assortments. My therapist Crystal was awesome and was able to focus on my needs.

I was in need of relaxing. Jordan was my massage therapist. AMAZING. BEST massage I’ve ever had. She was delightful. Her skills as a masseuse were EXCELLENT! I was SO pleased and left VERY relaxed. Can’t say enough.

Facialist was knowledgeable on products and methods to keep skin clean

Megan is fantastic. Listens to concerns and always has great recommendations

Clean room and equipment, very relaxing, helped key sore points, I instigated the conversation (therapist did not push me to chat), made to feel very comfortable and not rushed

I am very please with Hand and Stone. But when I went in for my recent appointment the one receptionist asked my name and told me i was checked in. I started to ask a question about my gift card and the receptionist picked up the phone and started to dial. I mentioned to another receptionist that i had a question and wanted to ask. She said she would tell the receptionist. After a short period the first receptionist called me back as she did need additional information on my gift card. I did get-to ask my question at that time. I did feel the first receptionist hurried me away but ultimately had to call me back to get the information about the gift card.
