I didn't have a particular person in mind for my appointment, so I had a recommendation from the receptionist and now I have a favorite esthetician.

The front staff were very knowledgeable in services, pricing & products both in person & over the phone. Kaitlyn was amazing. She made feel relaxed, she was extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions as this was my first professional experience and she had a soft touch and voice during the facial. I booked my second professional facial with even more up grades as soon as I got home. I immediately received a phone call as my chosen services were over kill. We went through my choices over the phone keeping the ones I wanted and discarding the ones I didn't need so I don't burn my face off! LoL but seriously... Everyone was just amazingly fabulous! I don't give high remarks or complements unless it's true.
