My therapist was very good. Last time I was here I was actually considering canceling my membership but afterwards I changed my mind. She was THAT good.

The person who did my job , Victoria, was excellent and very professional and friendly and did a great job

Kaitlyn is always friendly and accommodating.

Rachel and I could be spelling her name wrong is the best. She is beyond great at her job and I feel so much better when I leave.

Customer service is my main reason. Everyone I come in contact with at the Hazel Dell space is wonderful. I also appreciate how easy it is to schedule an appointment during a time that works best for me and my schedule. Lastly, I love the products.

Very happy with my massage.

When I first walked in the receptionist made it very easy and quick to check in. I didn't have to wait very long until my massage therapist was ready for me. I went into Hand & Stone wanting to be able to relax and have tension released through the massage, I was able to have that during my visit. My massage was fantastic and I felt amazing afterwards. I was very happy with my experience and how I felt afterwards.
