During my massage with Malynn, she listened to my needs as well as advising anything she saw fit. Very knowledgeable and professional. The front desk team was also so welcoming and created a relaxing space to enter.

Everyone I encountered was helpful and nice. They helped each other figure out a computer issue and that was nice to see. Jared was exceptionally nice and did a wonderful job.

I was able to get in quickly at a time that worked for me. My esthetician was friendly and knowledgeable. She told me what to expect and it was a relaxing and pleasant experience.

I have been a member for several years. I used to have a regular massage therapist but they change fairly frequently. My facial therapist is great and consistant.

Massage therapist was professional and the massage was both therapeutic and relaxing.

I became a member on my 1st visit as well. The offer at this time was something I think I will enjoy monthly. In addition I received a complimentary facial. Many services to choose from.

The ambiance from the door to room is beautiful and relaxing. I loved that the heated bed made the experience feel unique and high-end. The massage covers from head to toe leaving me feel destressed and relaxed.

I was greeted with enthusiasm upon arrival, I asked about my service providers and the receptionist told me why she loves them and I agreed with her assessment after completion of services. My LMP asked about problem areas to focus on and she used that information to adjust her massage accordingly. My only comment is that for both massage and facial services I completed questionnaires in advance but it seems no one read them as I was asked the same questions again in the room before beginning. Either have the staff read them or do away with the redundant forms for the customer to fill out.
