Knowledgeable therapists, clean, calming. The appointment availability kinda sucks right now but the place is open late enough. The membership should include at least one extra upgrade every month or two for how small the upgrades are and how expensive the services and products are. There are perfectly good drug store brands that make the high priced skincare there not worth it for me.

Everyone was very welcoming and kind through out the whole appointment. The esthetician was very informative about my skin care needs during my appointment and kind. The environment was very calming and pretty for a spa setting.
