Every time I have gone to Hand and Stone in Hazel Dell, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. But Shelby, my esthetician, is PHENOMENAL. I initially got a gift card for H&S, which is why I set an appointment in the first place. I can tell you without a doubt that Shelby is why I keep coming back, and why I will continue to come back. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does, and she is amazing at her job. I am so grateful for her helping me with my skin issues, always knowledgeable and always helpful. She is truly the best. The receptionists are always sweet and friendly, and help me get scheduled up for my next appointment when I leave. Overall, it's always a great experience.
