Diedra is amazing and provides the best massage I have ever had! She ensures I have a relaxing experience with the perfect amount of pressure to reduce my stress and relieve pain in my problem areas.

I have been a member for several years. Nothing is more frustrating than having turnover in therapist. I greatly appreciate that the therapist I’m using now is not overbooked, and I can easily find an appointment. Because of this, I am less likely to give out his name because I don’t want him to become unavailable! If you don’t have enough appointment slots for all of your members, you should consider putting a stop on new memberships. I know that sounds ridiculous but having happy customers long term is more profitable than having a lot of customers.

My esthetician is incredible. I have been going to her once a month for a few years know and she is the best! She is attentive and knowledgeable and very friendly while still maintaining a very relaxing atmosphere. Kaitlyn at hazel dell branch

Woke up the next day and extremely sore but that was expected but the issue i came in for was 95% fixed and had so much relief from the pain i was having.

The experience was very professional and friendly. I was provided all day information I needed. The services were really well done.

The spa is set up nicely, clean and the front desk staff were very attentive on answering any questions I had Racheal for my esthetician and she was very knowledgeable in her craft. my experience is always good there. i just love diedra. i've had others and they are all good. i'd recommend any of them to friends and family. i will definitely keep coming back.
