Overall Hand And Stone is a great experience I absolutely love my massage therapist Karley she’s absolutely amazing and does a great job every time! When I first come in I always feel rushed because they’re checking in so many people and there never seems to be enough help! And then when checking out I always feel like a bother when trying to make more appointments because there’s always a line at the reception desk.

No complaints. It was a very nice experience overall.

Sarah my aesthetician gave a beautiful facial. She was extremely attentive and it was such a relaxing experience. During the facial she asked allergy questions which I myself do not have but my son does. Based on her knowledge of the products I was able to decline any product with sesame to be very safe incase it affected my son if he touched my skin. I can’t tell you what that meant to me. It was something I have never been asked in all the years I have been going to spas. She is amazing !

Love the friendliness of the front desk. Rob has a ton of experience and I followed him from Howell. The spa is always clean and updated.

This is my first time getting a facial done and overall I was highly satisfied with the whole experience, from when I booked the appointment, to when I left feeling very refreshed
