All I can say is Holly was awesome and I walked out so much better than I walked in.

I am always happy with the whole experience of Hand and Stone. Recently the website has been not booking appointments and that is the only point where I would say I am unhappy. The website needs work. Previously I booked all my appointments there and now it is either impossible - there is always an error- or if it happened to work the appointment time has to be changed by the spa location as the website didn't book the time correctly. This is the only problem I have ever had with Hand and Stone and after a few months of this I am hoping someone will work to get it resolved soon.
