I had received a Spa Wish Gift card that at first was not recognized by the staff. However everyone researched it more and was able to apply my gift. The staff was very friendly and extremely diligent in finding the information.

Booked a Serenity package (Holly massage and Savannah Facial). Both ladies were kind, friendly and attentive, and came out of each service completely relaxed. I had misplaced my gift card for the Serenity service, but reception was able to look up the code associated with the gift card on my account and applied to the service. Very satisfied with my experience.

Donald was my substitute massage therapist. My female therapist was sick. While I totally understand illness, this is the 2nd time out of the 3 times I booked appointments where this has happended. I really wanted a female but in the end, he was excellent massage therapist.

I'm always taken in a timely manner, room is clean, staff is welcoming, always suggest products/ services that will help out when I'm not there for my monthly self-love visits.

First of all, the waiting room instantly relaxes me. The receptionist was so sweet & attentive! I can’t say enough great things about Holly! She is an amazing massage therapist, and a lovely human! She definitely deserves a raise! I always leave feeling like a million bucks!

The entire staff were friendly and accommodating. Janet is the best, she is knowledgeable and friendly. My face always feels wonderful after my facial.
