I love my therapist, Brittany! She is amazing at helping me relax. The only negative feedback I have is related to staff working at reception desk. On both check in and out, it took time to get their attention as they were chatting and placing Starbucks orders. It took at least 5 minutes for the receptionist to figure out how to use loyalty points. Seemed like I was bothering her.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My therapist Olga does a great job relaxing me and does a wonderful massage.

The girls who did my facial was friendly, used a relaxing voice, and gave an excellent neck massage. My masseuse received all of my neck and upper back tension, and relaxed me to the point of falling asleep. Excellent service overall
