My wife has tried to call to schedule an appointment and also emailed. No one ever answered her. I have been a member for 3 years and when I come in the ladies are busy talking to each other, so I can see them not answering the phone but not an email?

Appointment was on time and in place with what was requested. Therapist was very receptive to my trouble spots and focus a little more on them. Was able to book my next visit at a time good for me, since I am starting a new job.
