I had scheduled an appointment on line. When i arrived was told it was not in the books nor in the computer. No attempt to compensate me for my wasted visit. Receptionist was very polite and attemted to find me, to no avail then mentioning that this has happened before. The manager should have called me to applologize or offer some perk

The Massage Therapist I see, Gretal, is very nice and good at what she does. She is the primary reason I am highly satisfied.

This is the fourth time I have had Brooke as my massage therapist. She took the time to ask what I would like her to do. She added the CBD lotion when I asked. I had a combined Reiki/massage which was very nice. I felt extremely relaxed both during and after my service. I will be back at the end of the month for another massage with Brooke
