I have been a Hand and Stone customer for 10 years using 2 different facilities. I would not go anywhere else. The experience has always been superior and the staff is always top notch.

The ease with making the appointment for myself and my daughter. My esthetician Kim was wonderful! Knowledgeable, professional and one of the best facials I’ve ever had.

My technician was wonderful, friendly and personable. The receptionists were so kind and personable. My technician gave me a really relaxing and hydrating facial.

I have no complaints with the H&S that I frequent, nor with any of the therapists. My biggest issue is with your website ..I would like to be able to see the points I earned, my upcoming appointments and previous appts ...it is inconsistent and not user friendly. Also I am and have been " paid in advance member" for around 10 years. We just discovered that you zero out my points when I prepay for the next year. If I was a monthly member the points would carry over....when I realized that, I had lost about 25000 points over the past 3 years. Thankfully the manager replaced 20000 of those points

The receptionist was very friendly and extremely professional. Amanda is absolutely amazing. She makes you feel comfortable as well as being extremely knowledgeable as it relates to the products. I absolutely love her and would recommend Amanda to anyone looking for an unbelievable facial.
