The facility is always very serene and calming. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly. Sometimes it can take a while to find someone you are comfortable with to be your masseuse. After trying two other facilities, I found Donald. He is amazing, kind, courteous, professional, and very attentive.

My esthetician is knowledgeable about the different products and the types of facials. She answers all my questions. I leave feeling relaxed.
