I came in because I was highly stressed and couldn't force myself to take time to destress, and I was very tense. I work out, do yoga, and stretch frequently, but I needed a little extra something because I haven't been keeping up with it. My masseuse was very pleasant and really worked out the focus spots, I felt absolutely amazing after!

When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist took the time to tell me all of the precautions that are in place. I was extremely pleased with the whole experience.
