This was my first time getting a service at hand and stone. I had a pleasant experience with my aesthetician (Heather) who was extremely knowledgeable in my problem areas and made appropriate recommendations for me to consider in the future. I felt welcomed by the front desk and was made well informed of my experience and even persuaded me to get a membership! Will be more regular and consistent at hand and stone!
