Janet gave me a very relaxing facial , she told me I had packages to use that I could upgrade my facial and I did ! And I’m glad I did skin looks and feels great !!

Starting from my phone call to schedule my massage until the moment I paid for the service I was extremely satisfied. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful in choosing the best massage therapist for my needs. They were able to schedule my appointment to accommodate my free time. The moment I walked in to hand & stone I knew it was going to be a great first time experience. The ambiance throughout the place was extremely relaxing from the light relaxing music to the well dim atmosphere of the massage room. The massage therapist I had (Judy) was very knowledgeable about my concerns and even gave me advice on a previous knee surgery I had and satisfied my questionable concerns steering me in the right direction to schedule a follow up visit with my doctor. Malory is great at her job. She is always professional and friendly. The reception area is very quaint and inviting.

Everyone there has been nice and welcoming. Catherine, in particular, is always very cordial and pleasant to talk to. While therapists vary, Malorie is always attentive and a pleasant conversation list during the massage. While her pressure isn't quite as high as I need for all of my.knots, it is a more relaxing massage when she works on me. Rob and Olga are my primary therapists, but Malorie is a wonderful and necessary change of pace.
