My massage therapist Gwen was amazing. Knowing that I had a facial right after, she got started a few minutes early so I wasn't in any rush. She had a robe and slippers all set for me. She was very attentive at getting my main aches and pains. At the end, she had scrub and motioned my feet which I had never had at any other Hand and Stone. It was a nice surprise and she was kind enough to give a sample of the same lotion she used for later use. I will definitely come back to this location just for the amaz9ng customer service.

Arrived at 9.15 and was quickly checked and the person doing my facial was waiting for me in reception. My skin continues to improve from my visits and the private rooms and reception area id perfectly clean with smiling employees waiting to help you.
