Waiting room, large product display right in the center. Patrons not visible from other side plus patrons seated behind cannot view reception desk nor doorway to rooms. Very distracting.

I’ve been a member for approximately 18 years or so. The monthly charge for the membership has consistently gone up and up and the rewards program down. Way too many points are required for a service to be given as a reward. I’m very happy that I have found a good massage therapist that I have stuck with. There is an issue that Hand and Stone hires them right out of school and they are not Experienced I’ve brought friends’s guests. Who’ve had some pretty inexperienced and downright crappy therapists.

Nikel was very knowledgable about why my skin is so dry and made recommendations to improve my skin care routine. She suggested some add ons to my service in a way that was not a pushy upsell, but explained why she recommended them (detox and red light therapy) and I feel they made a noticeable difference. My skin was glowing by the time I left. The only reason I am not returning is b/c I live in another state!

My masseuse is friendly and does everything I ask for and need. It’s a very relaxing experience. I’m comfortable with everything.

Very friendly. Made you feel special. Very knowledgeable.

There's one massage therapist that I love at the Marlton location and that is Vaneliz. No one is as good as her.

My therapist was wonderful and very professional. I was in a lot of pain the day before I came to Hand and Stone, and concerned with how I would work on Monday as a Physical Therapist, due to the back pain I was experiencing. After the massage, my pain had significantly reduced and by the next day it was gone. The massage reallly turned my week around.

Moira is simply the best! I love her style and her massage therapy always is very relaxing!
