I don’t believe I rated any part of the service as “highly satisfied”. Maybe I rated the membership price “highly satisfied”. Overall I am satisfied with the no-frills service especially for the membership price I am paying. Add-in’s are a bit pricey.

Kayla listened to my preferences and adjusted her pressure as requested.

The therapist applied the feedback I provided on what I was looking for in a massage and concentrated on the tight areas. Also answered my questions after the massage on areas she felt I could work on improving my flexibility to help ease the pain in those areas.
